What the enquiry desk collects, how long it is kept, and who it is shared with.
What we collect
When you use the enquiry desk we receive what you send us: your name, company, email address, telephone number where you give one, and any file you attach, typically a line list, a bill of quantities or a drawing set.
Why we hold it
To quote and, if you place an order, to supply. Enquiry files are read by the discipline desk the enquiry is routed to, and by the manufacturers we need to price against.
How long
Quotation records are held for seven years to meet UAE commercial record-keeping requirements. Attachments that did not lead to an order are deleted after twenty-four months.
Analytics
This site uses cookie-free analytics. We see page counts and referrers. We do not set tracking cookies, we do not build a profile of you, and there is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
