Compliance

Where we stand on bribery, sanctions, export controls and forced labour, and how to raise a concern.

Bribery and corruption

We do not offer, pay, ask for or accept bribes, kickbacks or facilitation payments, directly or through agents. Gifts and hospitality stay modest and occasional. We work to the standard of UAE law, the UK Bribery Act and the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.

Sanctions and export controls

Before we trade, we screen customers, suppliers and end users against the UN, UAE, US, EU and UK sanctions lists. We do not deal with anyone listed. Controlled and dual-use goods ship only under the licences they require, with end-user statements where needed.

Forced and child labour

We do not use forced, bonded, trafficked or child labour, and we do not buy from manufacturers who do. If we find it in our supply chain, we stop buying.

Raising a concern

Anyone can report a concern about our conduct, or about anyone acting for us, to info@xpitrade.com. We handle it in confidence and do not penalise anyone for raising a concern in good faith.
