Send us your bill of quantities.
Excel, PDF, a CAD set, a scanned tender document or a photograph of a page. We price it against your own line numbering and send it back with lead times.

A schedule comes in. A priced schedule goes back.
Send the schedule as it stands. It comes back in your format, not ours, with every line carrying a price, a lead time and, where it matters, the standard it is supplied to. Lines we match exactly are marked as such. Lines where the specified item is obsolete, restricted or on a long lead are marked too, with an alternative beside them.
If you have drawings and no schedule, send the drawings. Our engineers take the quantities off them, and where the project needs it we support the specification with AutoCAD 2D and Plant 3D work, so what is ordered is what fits. This sits under Industrial Procurement.
Drainage, tanks, separators, valves and covers are quoted line by line from the schedule. See construction project materials.
Any format
Excel, PDF, a CAD set, a scanned tender schedule or a photograph of a printed page. If it is legible, we can price it.
Your line numbering
The priced schedule comes back against your own line numbers, so our offer reads straight against the document you issued.
No house brand
Where a specification names a manufacturer, we quote it. Where we cannot serve it on your timeline, a technical equivalent sits alongside with its datasheet.
How it runs
Four steps, with a date attached to each. Your enquiry is acknowledged within two business days. A schedule of up to fifty lines is priced within ten working days. Larger schedules are taken on the same way, with the date agreed when we acknowledge the enquiry.

Exact matches, technical equivalents and lead times, marked line by lineWhat we need
The schedule, the destination, and the Incoterm you want to buy on. Three or four lines on the project alongside it: what it is for, where it is going and when it is needed. All three change what we put against a line, and a schedule read cold gets a more cautious price than one read in context. We quote on the terms you specify rather than moving you onto ours.
Where it goes
From Dubai into the GCC, Iraq and the Levant, North Africa, West Africa and South Asia. Conformity certificates, test reports and registrations are prepared for the destination market, and freight, customs clearance and last-mile delivery stay in our hands.
Minimum order value USD 3,000.

Questions we are asked
What formats can I send?
Excel, PDF, CAD, a scanned tender schedule or a photograph of a printed page. If it is legible, we can price it.
My bill of quantities runs to several hundred lines. Is that a problem?
No. Schedules above fifty lines are priced to a date we agree with you when we acknowledge the enquiry.
What happens to lines you cannot match exactly?
They come back marked, with a technical equivalent against the same standard and its datasheet. Nothing is silently substituted.
Do you quote against a tender schedule?
Yes, on the schedule as issued, in its own numbering and format.
What does it cost to have a schedule priced?
Nothing. Send three or four lines on the project alongside the schedule and you get a better-informed offer than a document read cold.
