Industrial Procurement
The generic items and the hard-to-get ones, sourced against your drawings and delivered to the programme.

A drawing set comes in. Delivered material goes out.
We supply equipment, materials and project ancillaries to energy, construction and government programmes. Send us a line list, a bill of quantities or a drawing set and we price it against a manufacturer network built since 2004: manufacturer-direct where we can, authorised channel where we must.
Where a project needs it, our engineers support the specification with technical consultation and AutoCAD 2D and Plant 3D drawings, so what is ordered is what fits.
Sourcing
Manufacturer-direct and authorised channel. Generic items and the specialised, hard-to-get ones.
RFQ management
Global RFQ handling, supplier aggregation and expediting against your project programme.
Handling and clearance
Freight management, customs processing and last-mile delivery, in our hands from the factory gate to your site.
How an order runs
Send us a line list, a drawing set or a part number. We price it against a manufacturer network our management has built since 2004, prepare the certificates and registrations the destination market asks for, and manage freight, clearance and the last mile ourselves.
The same four steps every time, whichever discipline the order belongs to.

Questions we are asked
Straight answers to what buyers ask us first. Anything else, ask us below.
What can you source for a project?
Equipment, materials and project ancillaries against a line list, a bill of quantities or a drawing set: industrial supplies and consumables, machinery and heavy equipment, electrical apparatus and protection devices, pipe, valves and fittings, plumbing and heating, safety equipment and PPE, and oil and gas project ancillaries. The generic items and the hard-to-get ones, manufacturer-direct or through authorised channels.
Where do you deliver?
From Dubai into the GCC, Iraq and the Levant, North Africa, West Africa and South Asia. Conformity certificates, test reports and registrations are prepared for the destination, and freight, customs clearance and last-mile delivery stay in our hands from the factory gate to the site.
Can you work from drawings rather than a part list?
Yes. Our engineers take quantities off the drawings and, where the project needs it, support the specification with technical consultation and AutoCAD 2D and Plant 3D drawings, so what is ordered is what fits.
How do I get a quotation?
Send the line list, BOQ or drawing set through the form on this page or to info@xpitrade.com. A person replies with a priced offer, lead times and the documentation the destination market requires.
Talk to us
Send a line list, a bill of quantities, a drawing set or a question. It goes to the right desk and you hear back from a person, not a ticket.
