Project Register

The register sets out the installations of the EPIC passive subsurface water-management system in the order they were built, from May 1995 to 2026, covering work delivered by EPIC Total Water Solutions, by its predecessor companies and by its licensed installers.

Each entry carries the date, the basis on which that date is known, the location, the application and the area recorded at the time, with status marks for trials and for projects where EPIC is named in a live specification or bid document. Five dating marks distinguish dates stated in the source from those fixed by a project card, by position, by job number or by bracketing. Private residential work, about a third of the register, is counted in full and identified by type and location only.

Part 2 divides the record into six eras: the test gardens, the first fields, a period of scale and contraction, the Gulf trials, stormwater and low-impact development, and the years in which EPIC was specified by name. Part 3 is the chronological register itself, followed by a section on the installations delivered through the licensed installer network. Coverage runs across the United States, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia and Africa.

Applications are grouped into twelve classes, from garden beds, landscape and sports fields to golf drainage, stormwater and low-impact development, wastewater reuse, agriculture, trial plots, green roofs, parks, and trees and planting. Part 4 gives twenty project sheets with scope and result, Part 5 collects the measured results with their sources, specification credentials and testimony, and Part 6 indexes the work by application, by location and alphabetically.
