Terms of use
These terms apply to every document you open or download from the EPIC Technical Library on xpitrade.com.
The documents
The documents are published by EPIC Total Water Solutions LLC, which owns the EPIC name, the system designs and the copyright in the documents. They are issued in the Middle East and North Africa by Xpitrade General Trading LLC.
What you may do
- Read, download and keep the documents to evaluate, design, specify, tender, build, operate and maintain EPIC installations.
- Share them inside your organisation and your project team for those purposes.
- Quote short extracts in project documents, with the document title and edition.
What you may not do
- Republish, resell or post the documents online, or pass them to anyone outside your project.
- Remove or alter the name, date and reference printed on a registered or on-request copy.
- Use the documents to design, make or specify another product.
Registered and on-request copies
These copies are issued in your name and carry your name, the date and a reference on every page. A personal access link is for the person it was sent to and should not be forwarded. Access can be withdrawn at any time.
Using the information
The documents give product information and design guidance. Every project design should be prepared by a qualified professional for the site, the water source and the regulations that apply, and confirmed with us before it is built. Documents are revised from time to time; the edition in the library is the current one.
Your details
When you register or ask for a document we keep your name, company, role, country, email address and any project details you give, together with a record of the documents you receive. We use them to send you the documents, to keep track of which copies have been issued and to follow up with you about EPIC. We do not sell them.
